Age group of boys and girls for admitting in Prabodhini Divyang Punarvasan Gruha facility is above 18 years.
Prabodhini Divyang Punarwasan Gruha was established in year 2002. There are 30 boys and 6 girls staying in two separate buildings. There are 6 students in each room. Each student has separate bed, clean mattress with covers, mosquito net and a cupboard. There is an attendant for each room. The Prabodhinidivyangpunarwasangruha has facilities like solar water heater, water purifier, Sanzachulha and a dining hall. The premises has a garden which is consist of fruits and flowers trees, here farming is done to a small extent. There is a dome for the children to play in the leisure time. They play indoor games, listen to songs and stories and watch T.V. in the evening.
After finishing morning activities, children leave for school at 10.30 by a school bus. They return at 5 pm, freshen up and play on the ground. There is a separate special teacher appointed for this activity. In evening, all pray together, have dinner at 8.30 pm.
All the working staff look after the children well. Hence children are happy and parents are relieved. There are many children from outside Nashik too.
Hostel has working staff including Manager, deputy Manager, caretaker, cook, security, cleaning maids etc. Ladies staff is available for looking after female students.
Children are fed with nutritious & wholesome meals. Sundays and festive days have special meals with sweets. They are also taken out for small outings and trips.
Doctor has been appointed for weekly check-ups. Children are admitted to hospital for medicinal treatment, if required. Schedule of weekly shaving, monthly haircut and timely nails cut is followed.
District Civil Judge visits and verifies this after every three months.
